Especially for foreign-invested companies in China the complexity and efforts to adjust to the constantly changing local laws and regulations in China has increased over the last years. As a result, foreign enterprises are often struggling to catch up with the latest developments in order to reduce potential risks caused by labor disputes between employees and the company.
